  My husband has a busy schedule and we made a appt for this dentist at 7 pm after speaking with them that he was having pain. We knew he had a cavity, When we got there we waited until 755 to be seen. They charged us for a xray that we expected to pay and they said we would need to come back in for a fill two weeks out and then mentioned we would need to charged for further xrays (because the technician thought it needed a root canal not fill) because they only xrayed a part of the mouth and not the whole mouth. Why they couldn't take both xrays then and there was beyond me. So my husband waited for 2 weeks to get the fill, started to leave work early ( which is almost impossible to do) to make sure he would be there on time, for them to call and say that he needs to reschedule. Then when he tried to speak to them about it, the receptionist was rude and had no professional tone, demanding that he reschedule. Okay we will reschedule elsewhere. I am not one to complain but you cant treat people with disrespect. Its not necessarily the receptionist fault, but at least have a common courtesy to speak to people with kindness and express some kind of remorse for the situation instead of attitude. As for the dentist, if you are in any kind of pain, dont expect to see him for at least a month, maybe more.
